THE COMPANY
MITCH MCLANE
Guitar, Lead Vocals
I grew up in Wildwood, New Jersey and then Plymouth, Indiana before settling in Goshen, Indiana. I have been playing guitar since 2008, and began playing at churches and summer camps. My first group I played with was the Tumbleweed Jumpers (Goshen) until the time had come to branch off and start doing my own thing. This eventually lead to me starting Mclane & Co. Besides singing and playing guitar, I also play ukulele, bass, and drums.
NIC LEATHERMAN
Bass
I have been playing music for roughly 19 years and I am a 5th generation musician from the Elkhart/Goshen area. I studied classical guitar at IU South Bend. I play a verity of music ranging from classical, to old thyme/folk, to punk and metal. I primarily play electric bass, upright bass, guitar, and drums. Have had the privilege of playing on multiple West Coast, Mid-South, and Midwest tours. Life is fun, Music is life, Shred or die.
JOE WILSON
Penny Whistle, Synth
Joe has been a painter, a poet, a barista and a preacher. A father and a brother, a salesman and a leecher. A bassist, clarinetist, a pianist and conductor. Repair man and waiter and a front of house instructor. Penny whistle player, and a songwriter too. There's quite a few things that Joe can do.
ANDREW "BEAR" STEVENS
Percussion, Backing Vocals
I was born in Dayton, Ohio, but grew up in Elkhart, Indiana surrounded by music. I started playing percussion at 11 years old and have not stopped since. I played in many different types of bands including concert bands, orchestras, musical pit ensembles, percussion ensembles, marching bands, jazz bands, and multiple worships teams at different churches. Most recently, I have played with Sam Brown and Company. Besides percussion, I recently taught myself to play guitar. I suppose I needed to learn musical instrument sometime.
CHRIS BEACHY
Banjo, Backing Vocals
Christopher, better known as KrissCross by his lovers, is a man of many interests. He dabbles in spurlunking and parasailing, but his favorite hobby is causal drinking with people he has only just met. “Why people I have only just met?” He responded when questioned on the matter. “What can I say? I like to live life on the edge.” The rumor is that this is how he first picked up the banjo. Casual drinking with some people from the hills of southern Indiana that he only just met in northern Indiana. Banjo: KrissCross’s instrument or a statement directed towards the bands penny whistler? We can only guess.
